Snow/Ice Day, 32 Weeks

33 weeks with Bekah
32 weeks with Sarah
Home from school today for a minute amount of ice and snow. We don't do delays in our district, so if it's bad in the early morning, we close. It was nice to be home today with Bobby and Bekah for Valentine's Day. I made heart shaped pancakes for Bobby and Bekah, and Bobby make me a homemade egg McMuffin with bacon and cheese. (Pancakes have too many carbs)

Trying to get Bekah to take a nap today. (If you're wondering why we're giving her juice when she's trying to take a nap, it is Hawaiian Punch lite that only has 10 calories and 2 g of sugar per serving, compared to 26 g of sugar in Juicy Juice.)

You will be the carb/sugar counting queen when this is all over. Love the smiles on Bekah's face. She's so adorable!

I bet all these snow days come in handy with your pregnancy! I would assume you get some extra rest and time with family which must be nice!! (but then again it may cause extra work when you go back to school?? I am not a teacher so I dont' know?) Did she take her nap? I hope for your sake she did...I don't know what I would do without our naptime!

Paula,
Bekah's simply adorable. She's got such a cute smile. However, giving her a sippy cup with any drink with sugar in it (even milk which has lactose) right before a nap or bedtime is the worst thing you can do for her teeth because the sugar will still stay on her teeth while she's asleep. Have you tried getting her to drink water instead so that her teeth will be less likely to rot out?

You know, I think I see a cavity on one of Bekah's teeth! :) j/k
