The Girls

Sarah's Happenings

"Where's my food??"

Surrounded by toys.

Showing off my teeth while trying to get the camera. Sarah now has the two bottom teeth and one top tooth. The second top tooth is poking through.

Sarah is an amazing little girl. She is still not crawling or rolling (Bekah was rolling around like crazy at this age), but is scooting around on her rear end getting everywhere she needs to be. She leans really far forward almost on her belly and then gets upset that she's on her belly, so she rolls over to her back. She is still fighting a bit of a cold, so she is in her infant car seat in her crib to sleep at night. All-in-all, a wonderful little girl! I can't believe she'll be 9 months on 1 week from today.

Rebekah's Happenings

Asleep in Mommy and Daddy's bed because Sarah went to bed before her.

Posing

Dressed up as a princess

Playing a game on Nick Jr.com. She really gets into it when she has to jump. She is just like her
Aunt Melissa when she would play Atari.

Rebekah is growing up!! She is still not potty-trained, in fact, she has regressed since turning 3, but she is so grown up in so many ways. She is helpful and not helpful in so many ways. She says so many grown up things and uses so many big words. I can't believe how fast the time has gone!!

My Weekend has Begun

I had my winter concert tonight. It went well. Not as well as I would have liked ideally, but as well as I know it would go based on the how the students have prepared themselves.
I am fighting a cold/loss of a voice when trying to get my students' attention/sing, so I am taking tomorrow off to get my voice back, get my hair cut, and have some down time with no stress.
By this time last year I had made 12 dozen Christmas cookies. I haven't made any yet!!!

Fun at Church

We were in the waddler nursery (12-24 months) Sunday. Bobby made these cute high chairs with some plastic block pieces.

Our Little Mermaid

We got Bekah this mermaid costume for 50% off for next year. She found this Dora Mermaid game on Nickjr.com, and is obsessed with it, so she asked me if she could try on her mermaid costume. She looked so cute. She actually had it on again tonight. She wore the headband for at least 10 minutes, which is amazing for her because she NEVER lets me do anything with her hair.

Silly Dylan. My sister and her family went to Atlanta for Thanksgiving with some of her hubby's family, so they stopped and spent the night on Tuesday night with us.

Saturday night: Dinner at the Gary's after they returned from Atlanta.

Sunday: Church, lunch out, back to Grandma and Grandpa's house to help set up Grandma's HUGE village of Christmas houses. (left to return home around 4:15pm)
